The candidates after getting admission in first counseling will be allowed to cancel the admissions as per procedure prescribed.
All the requests for Cancellation of admission are to be submitted to the Principal of the concerned Polytechnic, and a proper receipt in this regard should obtained.
A proper receipt for Cancellation will be issued. The admission will be cancelled only on the written request dully signed by the candidate and countersigned by the parent/guardian. The candidate will be required to surrender the original admission slip issued at the time of counselling/admission while applying for cancellation of admission.
